श्लोक
यदहंकारमाश्रित्य न योत्स्य इति मन्यसे | मिथ्यैष व्यवसायस्ते प्रकृतिस्त्वां नियोक्ष्यति ||१८-५९||
yadahaṃkāramāśritya na yotsya iti manyase . mithyaiṣa vyavasāyaste prakṛtistvāṃ niyokṣyati ||18-59||

If, filled with egoism, thou thinkest: "I will not fight", vain is this, thy resolve; Nature will compel thee.
हिंदी अर्थ
और अहंकारवश तुम जो यह सोच रहे हो, "मैं युद्ध नहीं करूंगा", यह तुम्हारा निश्चय मिथ्या है, (क्योंकि) प्रकृति (तुम्हारा स्वभाव) ही तुम्हें (बलात् कर्म में) प्रवृत्त करेगी।।
रूसी अर्थ
Если, преисполненный эгоизма, ты подумаешь: «Я не буду сражаться», то напрасна твоя решимость; Природа заставит тебя.
स्पेनिश अर्थ
Si, lleno de egoísmo, piensas: "No pelearé", vana es tu resolución; La naturaleza te obligará.
टिप्पणी
This strong determination of thy mind will be rendered utterly futile by thy inner nature thy nature will constrain thee thy nature as a warrior will compel thee to fight. It is a mere illusion to say that thou art Arjuna? that these are thy relatives and that to kill them will be a sin.
